The CAL Internet Services, Inc. executive team has over 44 years of accumulative experience in the computer industry.

Shiva Frentzen - president

Frentzen has over sixteen years directing the development and implementation of software solutions. Her software career started at Unify Corporation in Sacramento, CA, where she worked as a software engineer and database developer. She then moved to DST Innovis where she managed a team of designers to re-architect the company’s existing monolithically designed software to an n-tiered, Web-based application. In 1998, she started her partnership at CAL Internet Services, Inc. In 2000, she took over day-to-day operations and is the company’s president and chief financial officer.

Frentzen earned a computer science as well as an accounting degree and completed her master’s degree in computer science from California State University, Sacramento in 1990.

Jeff Frentzen - chief technology officer

Frentzen has over 18 years experience in development and implementation of software solutions. He started his software career with Foundation Health Plan as a Pascal programmer. He then joined Unify Corporation where – as a senior staff software engineer – he designed and implemented the company’s database and next generation software products. In 1998, Frentzen started his partnership at CAL Internet Services. He is the company’s chief technology officer, driving the technical direction of the company.

Frentzen earned his Bachelors degree in computer science and a minor in business administration with honors in 1987 from California State University, Sacramento.
